Pre-payment

We welcome all clients and require 100% of the total appointment cost before booking your appointment. Online booking payments are non-refundable. If you book an appointment for another person, this policy still applies.

Card capture

Your card information will be saved securely with TimelyPay’s card processing system. Saving your card on file speeds up your booking process and will allow you to book your appointment without the requirement of pre-payment. By choosing card capture you give consent to any charges that relate to late cancellation fees or failure to show up to your scheduled appointment.

Appointment times

Our appointment times are scheduled to allow clients to undress and dress in the therapy room.

Late arrivals and cancellations

Your time is as important to us as our own. We work to a timetable and appreciate our client’s prompt arrival. The treatment time of late arrivals may be shortened out of courtesy to other clients. Please fill in our online consultation form before your first visit and read the pre/aftercare advice.

Please ensure we have your correct email address. Juve sends reminders of appointments via email, however, it is your responsibility to note down your appointment day and time.

Kindly reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell, have any flu symptoms, or have been in close contact with Covid. Please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand if you need to reschedule or cancel. Juve will charge for late changes to your appointment or for no-shows. A series of treatments, long appointments, packages and all tattooing services may accrue a minimum 50% loss of value or 50% charge. To secure your next appointment, we will require a non-refundable pre-payment. These clauses also apply to gift vouchers, services paid by another person/company, special offers, and online bookings.

Juve clinic members are given one grace appointment a year, but not within 3 months of one another to cancel outside of the 24-hour policy as we understand that life can be unpredictable.

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We do our best to keep costs current and provide accurate information.

Please note

In consideration of others, we ask that all phones be turned off. Ideally, keep valuables and jewellery closed inside your handbag. Management accepts no responsibility for losing money, valuables, or damage to items brought onto the premises.

We ask if you need to bring children that you are responsible for the children being quiet and settled. We encourage a relaxing atmosphere for our clients, free from distractions and noise.

Client care and confidentiality are our absolute priorities. Please tell us of any medical conditions you have before treatment. Notification of the COVID vaccine is required for all invasive treatments (medical needling, injectables, semi-permanent makeup, and IPL). Appointments cannot be attended within the two weeks after your vaccines.
