Hello to our Juve Family,
We will be back to work on Wednesday in level 2!

This is to let you know how we will be handling our bookings. Firstly, this week we will be contacting our client list that had prior booking while we were in level 3 and 4. Please email Candice at rejuvenate@juve.co.nz with your name, contact details, and desired treatment so she can log your request as well. If you have bookings from Wednesday 8th these appointments are still in place. Please email Juve if you are no longer needing your appointment. The online booking system will be opened next week for most treatments with select therapists — click here.

Secondly, gift vouchers and courses of treatments are extended if needed.

Also following government regulations, please scan in and wear a mask. Juve skincare studio & medi spa will be open and, as always, operating under rigorous cleanliness and safety measures.

Finally, we are super excited to see you all again soon 👏❤️

Hello to our family and friends,
We know a lot of you need skincare and makeup, so here is our plan through Level 3.

MAKING OUR DELIVERIES SAFE

Two options are available for receiving your essentials:
1. Shop online Juve.co.nz/shop
2. Email Candice at rejuvenate@juve.co.nz.

Both choices include delivery or contactless ‘Click and Collect’ strictly following the guidelines for safe deliveries. To 'Click and Collect' on Juve.co.nz, simply shop online as you usually would, select the 'Pick up at Juve' option at checkout, proceed with payment, and place your order. Please call us (06 867 1234) prior to picking up your order so we can ensure a safe collection.

Chanel will be sending your orders out by courier mid of next week. She will be available for the 'Click & Collect’ orders at Juve on Wednesday and Thursday between 9am and 12 noon. Please note that we are requesting for all orders to be secured and paid in advance. Let us know what you need, and Chanel can happily start organising.

Please sing out with any questions you may have as we always love to hear from you. Also, if you need skin-care advice or an online consultation drop us a line - we are here to help you. Please note: Environ products contain a high level of active ingredients. They are a prescription-only skincare line that may only be ordered online if you have an established customer account with us.

If you want assistance choosing a shade of make-up, feel free to send a photo in natural daylight and we will choose the perfect shade to suit your skin tone. All Jane Iredale and other beauty essentials are available online. We hope you are all well and want to thank you for your kindness and support.

Hi beautiful clients,

We are temporarily shutting Juve’s doors through lockdown. We will all be home with our families until the levels change.

Do you have an appointment at Juve this week?
Stay at home and please don’t worry; we will keep you updated with rescheduling of appointments and opening hours.

Our online store remains open – Shop from the safety of your own home on Juve.co.nz/shop. Your orders will get dispatched as soon as we are back and running.
